Some people learn better by listening, and it’s also something you can do while you’re commuting, exercising or gardening. 🙂
I actually did this before I had a publisher, back when I planned to call the book The Holistic Gardening Handbook, so there are a couple of extra sections in these audios that didn’t make it into the book.

Take note of where it is going to download to on your computer, because sometimes people download files and can’t find them.
Your computer should be able to open zip files no problem.
If you run into issues, you can most definitely contact me, but there’s only so much I can do from here, so you might want to first search YouTube.com or Google for how to unzip files with your operating system (e.g. unzip file windows 7).
